I have the power of awesome I managed to get the $438.00 cell phone bill down to $155 I wasnapos;t mean or sounded angry toward the customer service lady at all. I simply explained my confusion on why the minutes were so high and that I didnapos;t think I could afford to pay such a high bill. Apparently, I really did talk on the phone that much in September although I have no idea how still. O_O However, the customer service lady did waive the fees and made the bill as low as she could. I profusely thanked her and told her I hope she had a wonderful weekend. Squeeeee
